James E. George, CPA
“Jim” George graduated from Strayer College in 1983 and passed the CPA examination in November of 1984. After gaining valuable experience as an auditor and a tax specialist with two different firms he started his own practice in December of 1991. Today Jim functions as a general practitioner advising over 500 clients on a wide variety of business and individual matters. He is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a Notary Public. For the last five years Jim has served as the Committee Chairman for the Maryland Society of Accountants annual Small Firm Conference Principals Retreat.
Jim grew up in nearby Brunswick, Maryland. When he is not working he enjoys baseball and traveling.
